“...I gradually came to realize that the field of law truly suits me, from the way I think to my abilities and personality. I’m also fortunate to have an educational and family background that supports me in pursuing this path. The more I explore the legal field, the more I understand its important role in society, and I believe I can contribute and help bring about positive change...”

A Legal Mind with a
Human Touch...
Experienced in academic legal research, including statutory interpretation, case law analysis, and literature review, with a particular interest in international commercial and business law.
/01. Legal Mindset &
Research Capacity
I have a strong habit of reading, debating, and critically analyzing legal and socio-legal issues with a high emphasis on logic and systematic reasoning. Identifying legal problems embedded in social phenomena is a core skill I continuously cultivate. My Master’s thesis on the commercialization of children’s images in Vietnam’s digital economy grew from academic discussions and real-world observations.

/02. Learning Attitude
& Core Values
I am a careful and responsible individual who values logic and lifelong learning. I embrace the “empty cup” mindset and remain humble and open to learning from anyone and any circumstance. While my outward demeanor may appear serious, I am approachable, sincere, and willing to support others, guided by a balanced perspective on reciprocity and goodwill.
/03. Art & Intellectual
Property Practice
Art is my way of expressing emotions and maintaining balance. Through songwriting and copyright registration of my own works, I actively apply legal knowledge in intellectual property law.
Community Engagement
& Volunteering
Professional experience gained through legal and administrative roles, involving research, documentation, and practical application of legal knowledge in a professional environment.

I love traveling, and it feels far more meaningful when my journeys allow me to help others. I often choose remote areas in Vietnam, where I meet people who are truly struggling, listen to them, and try to understand their lives.

Some ask why they don’t try harder to escape poverty ?
... But when you travel far enough and long enough, you realize that simply surviving in such places is already a miracle, and asking for more feels unreasonable.

“...Yet they continue to smile and find contentment in what they have. After each journey, I often feel that I receive far more than I give, returning with a sense of fulfillment and healing...”
